4/8/2021 - Join for your favorite fair foods in the Lexington Medical Center Fair park. Enter at Gate 6 on George Rogers Blvd. You will be directed to one of six lines. Each line has the exact same food options. There are eight food trucks in each line. Each food vendor has someone that will greet you safely at your vehicle. Visitors are not allowed to exit vehicles. Cash and Credit Cards are accepted (Visa & MasterCard), credit card fees may apply.
